I recognize that injured victims have legal and personal needs that are very different from those of business and corporate clients. I seek to meet those needs by providing my clients with not only high-quality legal representation, but also the individual attention and emotional support to help them through the difficult time that accompanies a serious injury or death in the family.

I am personally involved in each case to make sure that each client gets the benefit of my many years of experience in representing injured victims. 

I have relationships throughout the medical and legal fields that I access to plan strategies designed to maximize recovery for each client. Unlike large-volume personal injury firms, which adopt an impersonal, assembly-line attitude toward case preparation, my approach to each case is highly individualized and tailored to the specific facts of the case and the particular needs of the client.

I am a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and although I am involved with the litigation process on a daily basis, I understand that it can by mystifying and intimidating to my clients. I want my clients to know, that I am just a phone call away and that no question is too small or too insignificant to be answered.
